Terms&Conditions

1. We do not have discount policy. Our price is quoted as low as possible already. Unless you are really buying big quantity, eg. minimum 5 pieces, if not, please do not bargain anymore.

2. We prefer sincere buyers who placed order and will make prompt payment. We have come across insincere buyers quite a few times on auction and it really leave a bad impression for us.. so dear buyers, please make your decision carefully and don't change mind afterward!

3. We do not meet up with our buyers. All items will be send out via normal post by default. Unless you specifically request to be send via registered mail and made additional payment of SGD$3 for first item, SGD$1 for every subsequent item.

4. We do not have exchange/refund policy as well. If you upon receiving your item and feel that you don't like it or for whatever reasons, wish to exchange for others or refund.. Sorry, that is not possible, especially for preorder goods because we place order as per what you wanted, so we won't have additional pieces to exchange for you. Please be considerate. If supplier sent us wrong designs or defected items to us, we can check with the supplier if there is any possibility to exchange or do refund or not. If the supplier refused, then sorry, there's nothing we can do also. If supplier say need to send the item back to them to check first, please note, any additional cost incurred, you will be required to pay up for it.

5. For preorder items, if the item you ordered for, is OUT OF STOCK, either you will be given choices to re-choose or we will definitely give a refund back to you. For people who have DBS/POSB acct, we will be able to give a full refund back. However, if you only have UOB/OCBC/HSBC (any banks other than DBS/POSB), there will be a 10% admin fee charged by the bank for doing interbank transfer. If you do not wish to incur that 10% charge, we suggest that you can ask your family or close friends whoever has a DBS/POSB account to lend the account to you, so we can transfer the full refund back..

6. The waiting period for preorder items will be from approximately 1 month from the day we say we send out the money over to our supplier. 1 week for the money to be send over to our supplier in taiwan, 7-14 working days (excluding sat,sun and public holidays) for our supplier to prepare the stock and 1 week for our taiwan supplier to mail the goods to us. However, there might be a possibility of delay due to overwhelming order in taiwan, so our supplier will need more time to reproduce the goods. In such event, our supplier might need additional 7 to 14 working days to replenish their goods. So in such event happen, dear buyers, please wait patiently. We will keep you all updated with the status such as when the goods will arrive etc.

7. According to the Customs (when our items arrive from TW into SG, the parcel have to go thru the Customs checking), if the CIF value exceed $400, we will be required to pay 7% GST for the items. NOT always will we be made to pay GST for our goods but if that ever happens, all buyers will have to split the GST. E.g. if we are charged SGD$70 (GST) for total of 70 items, each item will be $1 (GST). So if you order 5 items, the amount of GST you have to pay will be $5.

8. There might be slight difference in the colour as shown in the pictures due to different computer, different resolution.

9. We only accept SGD$. You can make payment either via Internet banking/ATM Transfer (POSB/DBS) and mail concealed cash at your own risk.

10. Once we received your order, we will email you a copy of "payment details mail". Please kindly make payment within 2 days. If you have difficulties in transferring the money or so, please let us know so that we will not think that you back out and add you to our "blacklist".

11. Free for normal postage. Additional $3 for the first item and SGD$1 for every subsequent items if you opt for registered mail. For your info, if you are purchasing instock items, and you opted to send via reg mail, all registered mails will be send out on every Friday. So if you happen to make payment on Mon, please wait patiently, do not rush us to post out earlier because we have already stated, it will only be mail out on Friday. No exceptions can be made due to our tight schedule. Please be understanding. For preorder items, we will send the items asap, even if you opted for reg mail, we will send it the following day as long as we finish with the packing.

12. It is NOT 100% guaranteed that the items you ordered are always available because our suppliers are having a very big customers base, so their stocks tend to finish up faster than we can expect! So if your items happen to be out of stock, please accept our apologies and we will do the refund at the end of the preorder. And we hope you will still join us the next round of preorder again!
