Items arrived.
Top up for postage required.
Emails had been sent to all buyers already.
Left Lirong, Eva, Jessie, Joyance and Li Ting yet to respond to our email.
4 parcels (Joanne, Amy Kong, Marie Teo and Shini) sent out on 23 Dec 07.
4 parcels (Joyance/Wendy Wong, Celia, Carina Tan and Pearlyn Kok) sent out on 24 Dec 07.
4 refunds (Meimei, Ong Shin Yeu, Amy Kong and Marie Teo) had been done on 25 Dec 07.

Supplier informed us that they have mailed out the parcel on 18 Dec 07.
But because there are quite a no. of items out of stock, and we happened to opt for EMS shipping. (because supplier said based on their past experiences, if opt for normal air parcel, there is a likelihood for the parcel will get lost, so we do not wish to take such risk and instead we chose EMS which is more expensive but it is safer and faster.) Which now means that we do not have enough money to cover the actual postage fee from HK to SG.
We will need to collect another small fee to cover the extra postage. Will only be able to calculate the extra fees to be top up after we receive the items as we need to confirm how many items are available/out of stock.
Parcel should arrive mid next week, so do check your mailbox by then to see what is the amount to be top-up.
For those whose items are out of stock, we will also inform you around next week on what amount to be refunded as well as ask for your account no. if you haven't given us yet.

All except Joyance, Eva & Shin Yeu had replied. Submitted the replacement list to supplier. The 3 buyers whom did not reply in time, we will do a refund for the out of stock items after the supplier refund us. Waiting for supplier's confirmation.
We will recalculate the $$ to be paid/refund when supplier confirm with us.
